The route starts at a T junction on the A7 high on Middleton Moor, indeed at 272m this is the summit of the route. The hills of southeast Scotland spread out to the south, but the B6367 is soon aiming for a lower altitude. After a short downhill run, it kinks left and heads north along a much longer straight across more-or-less flat terrain. |
