The B26 starts at a T junction on the A5 in Santon and heads south, winding through the trees before passing under the Isle of Man Steam Railway, which passes high overhead on a tall stone arch bridge. Beyond the bridge, the houses come to an end and the road runs through trees between fields to reach its end on the A25. A short distance to the left, the B25 continues south down Glen Grenaugh to the coast.
