This article is about the Class III road numbered C16 maintained by Bath and North East Somerset Council.
For other roads numbered C16, see C16.
For other roads numbered C16, see C16.
The C16 starts at a crossroads on the C15, Lansdown Road just north of the city centre and heads west along Julian Road, past the sjops and on along Weston Road as it cuts across Royal Victoria Park. Weston Road becomes Weston Lane, which curves north west into Weston itself. The road continues as Crown Road, but the C16 forks right onto High Street, which is one-way in the opposite direction. This is probably unchanged from when the main traffic route was indeed along the High Street. At the end of Crown Road, the main road itself becomes High Street, and continues up to a roundabout. Here the C16 ends, Lansdown Lane to the north being the C481 (maybe).
