The C37E runs around the south side of Forres town centre, and is an important distributor road, signed to remove through and local traffic from the High Street. It starts on the A940 and heads east along Orchard Road to a roundabout with the B9011. It then continues, turning north along South Street to meet the High Street at the east end of the centre.
