The B9067 serves the west side of the island of Westray in Orkney.
The route starts at a sharp fork on the B9066 at Braehead just outside Pierowall, within sight of the northern coast. It heads south along a more-or-less straight road across the patchwork of small square fields as it climbs over a low hill, crossing the 50m contour just below the hilltop. At the bottom of the hill it crosses a wee burn before bending left to reach the scattered community of Midbea. With the south coast ahead the road sweeps sharply right at a crossroads to head west. So far the road has just about been wide enough for two cars to pass, but the final section really is single track. At the end of the straight there's another left-hand bend, and then the road finishes at the road junction near Nether House, from where two short unclassified routes spread out to serve the scattered properties along the coast.
